Getting Started

I work with my private clients for four months at a time. Sessions are held the first three weeks of each month. All sessions are done on the phone, so you are in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Clients will also receive e-mail access to me between sessions and may schedule a 10 to 15 minute "lazer session" between regularly scheduled sessions if the need arises. Former clients are eligible for single sessions if they would like an occasional refresher.

Group coaching classes are available as announced.
